Get rid of ankle inflammation within hours, and never worry about painful foot swelling again - or we'll give your money back!

Perfect for:

  • Working on your feet: If you regularly stand or walk for 6+ hours per day at work, compression socks will reduce pain and swelling, as well as protecting you against threats like blood clots and varicose veins.
  • Athletes: Improve recovery times after sport and prevent cramp. Compression socks will give a boost to your athletic performance
  • Pregnancy: Want to avoid varicose veins? Fed up of tired feet/legs? Relax and enjoy a safer, happier and more comfortable maternity life with these compression socks.
  • Flights: Stay healthy and relaxed when flying long-haul by wearing a pair of compression socks. They improve blood circulation, which stops deep-vein thrombosis (DVT) and blood clots.

Ease pain and reduce inflammation within hours, by improving blood circulation (without the hassle of visiting a doctor or physiotherapist)

  • Compression socks apply gentle pressure to your legs, which helps your blood vessels work better.

  • Arteries that take oxygen-rich blood to your muscles relax, so blood flows freely. The veins get a boost pushing blood back to your heart.

  • This stops your legs from getting tired and achy, and also eases swelling in your feet and ankles. It can also prevent and treat varicose veins.

  • They may even stop you from feeling light-headed or dizzy when you stand up. Because the blood keeps moving, it's harder for it to pool in your veins and make a clot.

Designed in the UK by Medical Professionals:

  • Double-stitched to provide optimal compression in the right areas. Tighter fit at the foot and ankle promotes active blood flow through the calf and lower leg.
  • Moisture-wicking properties and a highly breathable material stop the sock from becoming sweaty during exercise, keeping your leg cool and comfortable.
  • Silicon on the inside of the hem holds the sock in place, to stop it from slipping down the calf.
  • Extra cushioning on the heel and sole for comfort
  • Padding around the ankle joints provides an added layer of protection
  • Fully machine washable

FAQ's:

How do compression socks work?

Compression socks are made of elastic fibres that are strongest at the feet and ankles, and gradually less firm toward the knee. Swelling in feet occurs because blood and/or lymphatic fluid (fluid between cells) tends to 'pool' at the bottom of the leg rather than travelling back up the leg to the heart. Compression socks counteract this by providing gentle pressure at the lower parts of the leg, assisting it to direct blood up the veins back to the heart and lungs.

What is mmHg and what effect does it have?

mmHg stands for 'millimeters of mercury' and is a measure of pressure. With the help of healthcare experts, we've designed our compression sock to have a range of mmHg, starting from 25mmHg at the foot/ankle area, 15-20mmHg in the mid-range calf, and down to 10mmHg at the top of the sock. This encourages blood and other fluids to flow back up the leg rather than remaining stagnant in the foot/ankle area which is what creates problems.

Can I machine wash/tumble dry these safely?

Yes! They are perfectly suitable for both machine washing and tumble drying. Just make sure to wash at low temperatures and with similar colours.

My foot size is right between two recommended sizes - what should I do?

In this scenario, we always recommend going for the smaller size. This will ensure that the sock provides enough compression to do what it is supposed to.

These look great, but are they for men or women?

Our compression socks are perfectly suitable for both men and women.

Are these suitable for flight socks?

Yes! In fact, we recommend you to wear a pair whenever you have a long haul flight.
